Waterpark Meet-UpWith Kestrel, Notice, and Sempai Set up: Sempai and Kestrel have been seeing each other for some time now, but Notice and Kestrel have yet to formally meet. Hoping to create a smooth greeting, Sempai and Kestrel decide to meet at a Waterpark for the day.Notice looked out the car window from her booster seat, curious of their surrounding. "Daddy will you please tell me where were going?" Notice asked, carrying a small whine with it and her ears drooping. Daddy had been keeping it a secret as to where they were going, he even had the car already packed and ready before he woke her up. He woke her up pretty early too, it was several hours and still they hadn't made it there yet, she had even taken a small nap during the ride. Now her book and drawing pad were starting to bore her. She squirmed in her booster seat, not entirely pleased either that daddy asked her to change to either her half or human shape. For now she was human, her long hair in a neat braid and in a loose soft pink summer dress. She huffed and idly tugged at her seatbelt, looking at her fingers for a time before looking outside again just as a giant sign went by, making her want to jump out of her seat. "Are we going to Slip n' Glide?!" she squeaked, whipping her face back to Daddy in the driver seat, her ears perked up. |

Sempai yawned as he drove, rolling his eyes at little but smirking as his daughter asked where they were going for probably the 1000th time. He glanced back once in a while to see her squirm in her seat, hoping that they would arrive soon before the child lost her mind. He chuckled when they drove by the sign, her squealing making him smile. "Hmm, maybe. If you can behave for the rest of the ride perhaps we can go. It won't be long." He teased her. Sempai was glad Kestrel had thought of bringing Notice to the waterpark, it had been hot recently and Notice loved the water. He hoped that she would be so distracted by the good time that she would accept Kestrel easily enough. After about another twenty minutes of driving, with only minimal squirming, they reached their destination.
"Okay little miss, we're here. There is one more surprise for today when we get into the park. You are not to leave my sight today, understand?" Sempai asked as he pulled the strap of a duffle bag over his shoulder before unbuckling his child. He desperately hoped that Notice would like Kestrel, and that they would have fun today. Taking Notice's hand they bypassed the lines, he used his connections to get instant passes a week before. It didn't take long for Sempai to spot Kestrel already waiting beyond the gates, instantly making him smile a bit more as he pulled Notice over to the locker area. He pulled Kes in for a quick hug before looking down at Notice. "Notice, remember Daddy's friend that I've told you about? This is Kestrel, say hello."

Kestrel hadn't been waiting at the water park for too long before Sempai and Notice arrived. She lived closer to it than they did, so it was only natural that she had arrived before them. She didn't mind of course. She stood near the entrance, ears twitching as she looked out at the large expanse of pools, slides and rides that lay across the large layout of the park. She wore a flattering swimsuit, having board shorts on with a sporty top. Per usual, Minnow had designed it. Hey, free clothes. Whatcha gonna do. Kestrel jumped a bit when Sempai grabbed her, not having heard him approach. But she giggled at the hug and returned it before looking down to the little female he'd brought with him. She smiled and crouched down to Notice's height.
"It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Notice!" She purred warmly, offering a friendly smile. "You're very pretty and I like your dress."

"Daaadddy." she pleaded, but tried to be good. It was hard to keep her little squirms of excitement in though, even her tail twitched. She started wiggling when they finally pulled in though, eager to get out of her seat. "Okay Daddy!" she said, happily taking his hand and following him into the park. She was happily looking around until she noticed Daddy was heading to a specific person, watching curiously as they came up behind her and that Daddy hugged them which perplexed her. Daddy didn't hug many people. It became clearer when daddy said that this was his friend he's been seeing recently. A small flutter of apprehension tickled her stomach as she looked to the lady as she crouched down to Notice's level, not enough to make her want to hide behind Daddy or shy away, but she did tighten her grip on his hand slightly and pulled it just a wee bit closer while her tail curled around her. "Hi Kestral."she said, saying her name a little strange not on purpose, speaking a little softly but still clearly. She looked down and smoothed her free hand down her dress at Kestrel's compliment. "Thank you. I like the colors on your swimsuit."she said, speaking a little louder than last time, but not fully lifting her face back up so she looked a little through her bangs and made a small pointing gesture to Kestrel's suit. She smiled a little to the lady for a moment before looking back to Daddy. "Can we change into our swimsuits now too?" she asked, tugging at Daddy's hand a little.
She wasn't sure about the lady, so far she seemed nice, but to Notice she took Daddy away from dinner and her bedtime stories a lot. Sure she had the babysitter to read stories, but it wasn't the same. She was Daddy's friend though, so she would be nice.
((Priorities XD DInners and bed time stories are important man xD))

Kestrel smiled down at Notice, standing back up and looking to her date.
"I can meet you two by the wave pool?" She offered with a friendly grin. She knew she'd have to let Notice get used to her. Although...she'd admit she'd never had to deal with being the authoritative figure to a child before. She was the baby sister, her cousins were older than her or not around when they were little. And she'd never been a mother. Still, she was intent to get this tiny person to like her. She rose up to her tip toes a bit, clicking her flip flops against the bottoms of her feet.
