Corona Character Development

So I think I have a fair idea of her personality and maybe a little bit of history, but I am having trouble sorting out the details---Her history especially. I'd love some ideas from all you wonderful peeps!
PERSONALITY
So far, she's deaf (due to spine placement in the ears ^^^). She enjoys using this to her advantage, however, and she will annoy the heck out of any and everyone. You could say she's a bit immature in this sense. Cori absolutely loves getting someone yelling and screaming their lungs out at her, just so she can smirk and egg them on even more (the screamed insults don't even phase her---She can't hear them, after all). It rarely ends before the individual has gone hoarse and maybe broken a few things from their anger fit. Most do not know of this side of her, however. She is thought of as an angelic individual. Cori will never allow anyone to get bullied or picked on, and she takes this topic very seriously. You'd better watch your back if you're bullying anyone, because if Corona catches you, she will beat you to a pulp and humiliate you harder than imaginable.
As for her relationship with her sister, Corona absolutely adored Amoeba when they were younger. She was just about the only one she could talk to, and many laughs and happy times were shared between the two. When Amoeba left, Cori’s emotions crashed and she was swept off into a dark depressed state. She never set foot outside her apartment, and she very rarely contacted anyone. It took the efforts of another individual (Needs a friend) to drag her out.
PHYSICAL
As she cannot hear, she relies on her other senses. Cori's eyesight is superb and she is very sensitive to vibrations and movement. She is tough to scare, as sneaking is near impossible and she will detect you far before you reach her. When it comes to communication, she will usually watch lip movements and body language to understand what is being said. She can speak decently, but she has a heavy accent and prefers to remain silent.
OCCUPATION
She has completed her schooling, and is currently interested in human-koltherian relations. She maintains a neutral opinion; She doesn’t quite believe humans are worthless pets, however she doesn’t really think they should be let loose to roam the streets of Aivos alone (Cori has had some tough experiences with a select few to give her this opinion). Either way, Cori occasionally enjoys testing the captive humans and observing their resourcefulness. This is done in a remote lab (shared with a few other individuals) located just outside Drovill. Cori commutes from her home in Drovill to this lab a few times a week, sometimes staying overnight.
