Mill frowned after Gemini had suggested taking the boy to the orphanage after he had just expressed that he didn't want to go back. She... she couldn't let him go back to that place if this was what he looked like. He seemed to hate it, she could tell in his voice that he was absolutely miserable and looked down to him. "My name is Mill." She said and ran her hand through his hair. "This is my mate, Gemini, and my dad, King." She said and looked to Sunbird. "And that's grumpy Sunny. He's my brother." She said and chuckled. "You don't have to go to the orphanage... if you want to be in our family too." She said softly.
King blinked in surprise, Sunbird stood to the side, wanting to say something in retort to her comment about him, but simply stood in awe. Mill had just so selflessly offered an orphaned child a home with her? Such things wouldn't even be easy to imagine, none the less see for real. Even the woman's father couldn't believe what he just saw.

Gemini looked to the woman in a mixture of surprise and shock, "Mill... Are you suggesting we adopt him?" he asked softly. It was such a brash and sudden decision. They hadn't even been together for more than a few months... But even as he looked down to the kid, he couldn't help but to feel a bit of a pull toward the child. He wanted to see the little guy smile, and he wanted to take care of him. Even more, he wanted to have a family with Mill. With a soft sigh, he smiled and looked down to Circuit, "Well, I guess you're going to be coming home with us, if you want. What do you say, Circuit?" he asked.
The small child rubbed his face and nodded, burying his head into Mills shoulder to hide away as he mumbled something incoherent into her shirt. Gemini gently rubbed his back, "What was that?" he asked softly. Circuit turned his head, peaking his little face out before trying again, "You wont leave me, will you?" he muttered softly. The words tugged at Gemini's heart, though he held back the grimace as he shook his head, "Nah, kiddo. Momma and I are here to stay, aren't we?" he asked Mill, giving her a wide smile before he kissed her cheek.

Mill smiled sadly and shook her head. "We won't leave you, Circuit." She said and hugged him close to her chest. "How about we go get you some nice new clothes and tomorrow, we can go fill out some paperwork." She said and bounced him in her arms. "Gemi and I will be your momma and poppa." She said softly, her tail wrapping itself around Gemini's and pulling him closer to her. Course, she really didn't need to when King Dad went full steam ahead and hugged them all together in his massive arms. "My little princess is a mom!" He yelled excitedly, that smile on his face never going anywhere.

Gemini wheezed out a laugh as King hugged them all, though his attention was mostly on Mill and the little Kolther child. She looked so happy with him in his arms. She almost looked like a completely different person. It wasn't a bad thing, in fact, Gemini found her new demeanor to be quite endearing. The male wrapped his arms around her and Circuit, pressing a kiss to her cheek while the child squirmed and huffed.
Circuit tugged softly on his new momma's shirt, "I wanna go," he murmured softly. He wanted to get some new clothes because the ones he were in were dirty and smelly. But he wanted to keep his sweater. No one was allowed to have it.
(Equally short if not more so hhh)
